Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

VideoStream respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

DMCA Takedown Request Requirements

To file a DMCA takedown request, you must provide:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court

Repeat Infringer Policy

VideoStream has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Content Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

• We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• We will notify the user who posted the material
• We will provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
• Repeat offenders may have their accounts terminated
